The fc40r return grille filter mounts in most third party return filter grilles. high efficiency alternative to a one-inch filter. captures significant amount of particles, as small as 0.3 micron. strain on equipment is reduced with a low pressure drop, also maintaining equipment effeciency longer. unit fits properly into place due to the exclusive frame design. pre-assembled filter. (honeywell recommends allowing a depth of seven inches behind the grille to provide space for the deeper filter amd airflow through the filter).
