Returns
- You may return most parts for full credit.
- To receive full credit, the part(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Any shortages or damaged parts must be reported within 30 days.
- Electrical parts may be returned provided that they have not been installed
(this is a standard policy within the appliance parts industry).
- If we do not stock a part, we can special-order it for you, but we are
limited in our ability to give you a full credit (because many of our manufacturers
or distributors do not allow us to return these parts to them).
- Shipping costs are not normally reimbursed unless it is a mistake on our end.
- We do not issue call tags, if you have a part which needs to be returned,
you will need to take this to the post office and mail it back.

Warranties
- Any shortages or damaged parts must be reported within 30 days.
- Disposable parts such as humidifier filters and vacuum bags are not covered by a warranty.
- All parts have a 90 day replacement warranty. Shipping is not included
- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in transit to factory or to our store. We will pay for return ground shipping to customers in the lower 48 states. Air shipping is available but the customer must pay the difference in cost.
