Model numbers Y0655 and Y0656. The model number can be located on a silver ID tag on the back or side of the grill head.
Problem:
If moisture gets inside the temperature gauge, the glass cover on the gauge can break, posing a risk of injury to people nearby.

Barbeques Galore Turbo Sport Portable Infrared LP Gas Grill Model

Models effected:
The Turbo Sport Portable Infrared LP Gas Grill, model number IR600.
Problem:
These grills have faulty regulators that may release too much gas to the burner causing an excessive burner flame. This also poses a risk of gas leaks, fires and explosions if an ignition source is present.

Solution:
Consumers should stop using these grills and return the regulator to a Barbeques Galore retail store for a replacement, or contact Barbeques Galore Customer Service to have a replacement regulator sent to them.

Beefmaster Explorer Outdoor Gas Grill by Nexgrill

Models effected:
Beefmaster Explorer Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0001.
Problem:
As consumers adjust the gas pressure regulator (on/off gauge) leading to the propane cylinder, the label on the valve can become positioned in such a manner that it is difficult to read. This can cause consumers to inadvertently leave the gas valve on, posing a fire hazard

Model numbers are located on the back panel of the grill.

Contact Nexgrill to obtain a free replacement gauge. You may also return the product to the company for installation of the replacement gauge at no charge. Brinkmann and Cook n' Cajun Water Smokers

Models effected:
All Brinkmann Cook'n' Cajun water smokers distributed before 1993. Charcoal water smokers manufactured after 1993, as well as the Brinkmann Gourmet and Cook 'n; Cajun S-80, and any gas or electric models are not effected by this recall
Problem:
A hole/vent in the Charcoal pan may allow burning coals to escape and start a fire if used over a flammable surface, also there are sharp surfaces that may cause cuts,

Brinkmann Gas Grills

Models effected:
The recall involves Brinkmann-brand and Charmglow-brand gas grills. The regulator is attached to the side of the grills. Only grills that have regulators with the name "GDA" are affected by this recall. The grills have three to six burners and the name "Brinkmann" or "Charmglow" on the lid.
Problem:
The regulators on these gas grills (the component that controls the flow of gas released to the burner), may leak when attached to certain liquid propane tanks. This obviously poses the risk of fire and injury.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
Only grills that have regulators with the name "GDA" are affected by this recall. The regulator is attached to the side of the grills. The grills have three to six burners and the name "Brinkmann" or "Charmglow" on the lid.
Period the grill was available for:
January 2005 through September 2005
Solution:
If your grill has a "GDA" regulator you should contact Brinkmann to receive a free repair kit or replacement hose regulator assembly.

Brinkmann Smoke n' Pit

Models effected:
Smoke'N Pit Professional, models 805-2101-0 and 805-2101-1, and Smoke'N Pit Pitmaster, model 805-21-1-2
Problem:
The cooker lid may fall suddenly, injuring consumers using the cooker.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
Both black steel cookers have straight, rather than angled, vertical smokestacks.
Period the grill was available for:
November 1992 to March 1994
Solution:
Contact Brinkmann for assistance in determining whether your cookers is part of this corrective action. If your grill is part of this, then Brinkmann will send you a free replacement smokestack which enables consumers to open the cooker lid further, thereby eliminating the potential lid stability concerns.
