Jenn-Air Model 720-0100 Natural Gas Outdoor Gas Grills

Jenn-Air Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0100 NG, sold at Lowes from April 2004 through May 2004
Problem:
The hose connecting the natural gas source to the grill manifold, may not have been supplied with this grill. Without this hose the gas is emitted into the air creating a potential fire hazard.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
Model numbers (720-0100 NG) are located on the back panel of the grill. The brand name "Jenn-Air" is on a plate on the grill lid.
Period the grill was available for:
April 2004 through May 2004
Solution:
Consumers without a connecting hose should not use these grills, contact Nexgrill to obtain a free hose.

John Deere Branded Gas Grills

Models effected:
John Deere Gas Barbecue Grills with model numbers HR-BG6203 and HR-BG5202
Problem:
In windy conditions the flame can be blown under the control panel, causing the grill and its control knobs to overheat, or cause a flashback, it may also damage the hose that supplies gas to the burner causing an uncontrollable flame.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
The model number is on the CSA approval sticker on the back panel.

March 2006 through August 2006

You will be provided with a free repair kit
