Beefmaster Explorer Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0001.
Problem:
As consumers adjust the gas pressure regulator (on/off gauge) leading to the propane cylinder, the label on the valve can become positioned in such a manner that it is difficult to read. This can cause consumers to inadvertently leave the gas valve on, posing a fire hazard
How to tell if you grill is effected:
Model numbers are located on the back panel of the grill.

January 2002 through June 2003
Solution:
Contact Nexgrill to obtain a free replacement gauge. You may also return the product to the company for installation of the replacement gauge at no charge. If you purchased your Grill from Crate & Barrel you can contact Crate & Barrel to obtain a free replacement gauge or to make arrangements to return the product to the company for installation of the replacement gauge at no charge.

Nexgrill made Charmglow Gas Grills

Models effected:
model number of 720-0036-HD-05 sold at Home Depot stores nationwide.
Problem:
The hose connecting the propane tank to the manifold can run up too close to the firebox. The heat from the firebox can damage the hose, causing it to leak gas. The leakage of gas creates a fire risk that could cause injury and property damage.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
Check for the Model number 720-0036-HD-05, which can be found on the back of the grill.
Period the grill was available for:
November 2004 through June 2005
Solution:
Consumers should stop using the gas grill and contact Nexgrill Customer Service to receive a free, self-installation repair kit.

Nexgrill Stainless Steel Gas Grill

Models effected:
Nexgrill Model 720-0025 Gas Grill.
Problem:
The hose that connects the propane tank to the grill manifold may run too close to the firebox which may cause the hose to melt or detach from the manifold causing a gas leak and fire hazard.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
The serial number is printed on the CSA sticker which is located behind the door.
Period the grill was available for:
December 2003 through March 2005
Solution:
Consumers should stop using the gas grill immediately and contact Nexgrill to receive a free, self-installation retrofit heat shield assembly
