Multiple – This grill allows the customer to light the grill at an air intake tube, instead of at the burner, This causes the air intake tubes to reach high temperatures presenting a burn danger to consumers. Also in some earlier grills the high heat in the air intake tube damages the plastic supports causing the grill to collapse to the ground, presenting burn and fire dangers to consumers and property. Solution:
The manufacturer has gone bankrupt, so you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the grill from, there is no remedy available for grills bought from retailers other than HSN, QVC and Wal-Mart.
