Weber - Summit Gas Grills and Vieluxe Gas Grills

Models effected:
Summit - The Summit Gas Grills are stainless steel and have model numbers 5210001, 5310001, 5220001, 5320001, 5230001, 5330001, 5260001, 5360001, 5270001, 5370001, 5290001, and 5390001, with serial numbers beginning with the letters DT. The Summit grills are sold as either a four-burner Silver series or six-burner Gold series. Vieluxe - Model numbers 360201, 360102, 370201, 370102 and 370299, with serial numbers beginning with the letters DA, DU, and DT.
Problem:
The glass cover and components on the grill's thermometer can break, posing a risk of injury to the user or those nearby.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
Summit - The model and serial number is located on the outside right panel of the storage cart. Vieluxe - The model and serial number is located inside of the side access door on the right side of the grill.

Summit sold August 2002 through August 2003, Vieluxe sold January 2001 through J

Weber Genesis 320 Gas Grills

Models effected:
Genesis E-320 - 3751001, 3757001, 3758001, 3851001. Genesis S-320 - 3780001, 3880001. Genesis EP-320 - 3751301, 3752301, 3757301, 3758301, 3851301. Genesis ESP-320 - 3750101, 3750201, 3850101. Genesis CEP-320 (Sold in Canada Only) - 3751701, 3752701, 3851701.
Problem:
The gas hose attached to the side burner of the grill can crack or break off during shipping, causing it to leak gas when in use, which poses a fire hazard to consumers.
How to tell if you grill is effected:
All serial numbers begin with the prefix "DI". The model and serial number are located on the tank blocker/drip pan holder located inside the storage cart.
Period the grill was available for:
November 2006 through February 2007
Solution:
Consumers should stop using the gas grill immediately and contact Weber-Stephen to obtain a free replacement gas hose and schedule a free installation.

Problem:
The grills can be difficult or impossible to turn off amd the temperature contol may also malfunction

March 2000 through July 2000
Solution:
Return the grill to Williams-Sonoma for a full refund and a $ 50 gift certificate, the firm will reimburse shipping costs and will arrange pickup from the consumers house if required
