This arrived in a couple days and I didn't do expedited shipping. I installed it no problem but it wasn't making ice automatically. I had to do it manually. I thought something was wrong so I contacted them via their online chat. Jane was great. she looked up my order and sent me an email to fill out so they would get more information and take a look at it. I looked at the ice machine one more time and pressed the reset button. It worked so I didn't have to fill it out as the ice machine started working.
