Appliance store said this part doesn’t exist anymore. Well turns out it does!

Piece arrived in good time. Replacement was easy and got mi MW working again. It saved me at least 100 bucks

I have an old sharp microwave that I hated to get rid of just because of door latch. I found Factory Parts on Google and they had my part. Ordered part for very reasonable price and and it shipped right away. Got my part in 5 days. Awesome company.

Part has a complex shape, not simple to replicate. Works OK when installed. Poor design for a part that is used often, seems to have obvious weak point.

The product was what I needed, and the order confirmation, packaging and shipping were all excellent.

Perfect fit hopefully good to go for 10 more years

This door opener part on my 18yo microwave broke. I was sure I would not find a replacement part. But I did here and they shipped it promptly.

My appliance repair guy got my microwave open but could not order a part. After getting the part number, I installed it and fixed my oven. The install was not easy to get both ends set correctly but eventually I just bent the metal holder on the right side to get both sides on and bent it back.
