The latch on my microwave broke. The saying that you do not realize what you have until you lose it. I did not realize how much I use the microwave on a daily basis. I spent hours looking online for a microwave, but I was disappointed because nothing matched what I have had for the last 7 years. Finding the replacement latch though your website was so easy. It arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. My grandson had it fixed in less than two minutes and I was relieved and very, very happy. Thank you so much.
