¼ cup low fat sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped spring onion greens (green onion greens) or chives

Mix sour cream and horseradish sauce together until smooth. Stir in the other ingredients and mix well. Serve with beef or lamb.
Makes about 1 cup.
