The illustration is not an exact depiction. The knob is a closer match to the old knob but made from different plastic than original and may not be as durable. I am not sure I will be happy with how it ages but time will tell. The metal ring with the "settings" is loose and must be attached (glued) to knob (I suppose so you can line it up where needed) so while a smart design you will need to glue it in correct place. Overall I am happy with knobs for now and good replacement if durability is at least a couple of years.
